This couldn't have come at a better time... I can see some real opportunity to change things for the better… It was very relevant to the knowledge and physical work that I do in my industry but also showed some real examples in other places. I have already implemented a new WIP board in our office!

This is an awesome [course] for emerging leaders and for those currently in leadership positions. The knowledge, tools, and techniques are very useful to companies worldwide. I would highly recommend this [course] to all levels of employees.

As I grow in my career and take on more leadership roles, I have found that there is a lot I don't know about how to run teams effectively. This has been a very eye-opening class and I hope to apply the principles I learned to my current role to good effect. I liked learning about how other kinds of organizations implemented strategies to solve their problems, it made the general theory more applied and helped me visualize how I might use the tools I learned in the class.

I can see a huge value in the [course], as to how it is organized and how it delivers the messages. I am going to share my knowledge with my team and apply all that in building our own processes.

I really enjoyed the course and learned a lot. I am looking forward to implementing these ideas into my future work and expect it to contribute to a much more positive work environment for all!

All the reflections were great exercises to begin. I am going to apply this first in my org and then with my peers organization. Further, we will use learning and reflections to see how we could push this to all other organizations in the company.

I was always thinking politics comes from a negative attitude. But the view presented in the course about politics was excellent and it really helps to prepare yourself to plan your strategy to manage and be relevant in the organization by understanding and leveraging the politics.
